Changes

One of the highlights of my career has been seeing my son watching and learning our business. It is with great pride and honor that I am able to announce effective January 15, 2025, the anniversary of my father’s passing, my son Anthony will become the President of Cocca Development. Anthony has been working at the company since its inception and has performed every task from cutting grass to management of our company over the last several years. While I will remain the CEO, I will enjoy watching Anthony continue to build our company through 2025 and beyond!
