We recently closed on the purchases of a 36,095 sq ft building located at 1625 East Main Street, Montpelier, OH – former Pamida/Shopko available for lease as single or multi-tenant retail property; 5 acres of land located at Highway 132 N, Devine, TX for future development; 5 1/2 acres of land located at 6 Bent Avenue N, Las Animas, CO for future development, and 5 1/2 acres of land located at N/S Highway 280, Pembroke, GA for future development.
