Mr. Cocca serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Executive Vice President

Mr. Cocca is Executive Vice President and is in charge of all material and services purchasing for new construction and maintenance operations. He also supervises the maintenance crews for all commercial and residential properties.


Kelly A. Cocca

Mrs. Cocca is the company’s Director of Operations. She handles all tenant matters and commercial rental property marketing, as well as overseeing all operational/departmental issues. She has been with the company since its formation. Previously she was with Ohio Medical Supply Company for two years and was Regional Vice President of Operations, Human Resources Manager, Marketing Director, and New Store Opening Manager for Videoland for ten years.


Loni R. Cocca Kimpel

Owner/Administrator of the Childrens Center at Southwoods

Ms. Kimpel has worked for the company for a number of years overseeing various projects. She is the owner/administrator of the Childrens Center @ Southwoods


Teresa Cocca-Kay

Director of Property Acquisitions

Mrs. Kay is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and manages Cocca Real Estate, a commercial and residential real estate business located in Boardman, Ohio. She also handles land acquisitions for Cocca Development for future development throughout the United States.


Rex Fisher

Chief Financial Officer

Rex joined the company in 2008, overseeing the accounting department, and is responsible for all financial reporting. He is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and started his accounting career at Hill, Barth, & King CPAs. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience in both public and private accounting. He has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer as of January 2015 due to the retirement of Lynn Davenport.


Michael Schorsten

Chief Administrative Officer

Michael joined the company in 2011. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business with a degree in Accounting and brings over five years of experience in public and private accounting. Mike was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer as of January 2015 due to the retirement of Lynn Davenport, and was again promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in October 2024

Staff Accountant

Emily joined the company in October 2017 as a Staff Accountant


Shelly Clemson

Administrative Assistant

Shelly joined the company early June 2018 and is the company Receptionist as well Administrative Assistant to our Legal Department.

Jerry Krzys

General Counsel

Mr. Krzys joined Cocca Development in January 2021. He is General Counsel for the company, and is licensed as an attorney in Ohio. He is a graduate of Denison University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Prior to joining the company, Jerry was in private practice with Henderson, Covington, Messenger, Newman & Thomas Co. where he focused on commercial and financial litigation and transactions.

Maintenance Coordinator

Dan joined the company June 2019 as Maintenance Coordinator. He is responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs of all our properties throughout the country.

Joel joined our team in June 2022 as Maintenance Coordinator.


Brice Jackson

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Jackson joined the company in 2006 with many years of experience in design and estimating for commercial construction. He is a Project Manager in the Engineering Department.


Scott Roberts

Project Manager

Scott recently joined the company as Project Manager. He comes to us with 20+ years experience in the construction field as an accomplished project manager who excels at managing daily operations of large-scale projects from concept through to final completion. He is adept at collaborating with key individuals to move projects forward and ensure on time/on budget completion


Larry Lencyk

Project Manager

Larry joined the company in April 2024 as Project Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in project management and estimating in the construction field and masonry trade. His construction knowledge is a great addition to our team and this will enable him to work with our general contractors to help complete the jobs timely.

Mr. Schroeder joined the company in 2011. He is an Architect in the Engineering Department.


Kelli Chovan

Staff Architect

Kelli started with the company in October 2015 as Staff Architect. She does layouts and permit drawings for various projects throughout the United States.

Marc is Vice President of Commercial Leasing for the company.


Ralph Harless

Master Electrician

Ralph has been with the company since 2012 as a Master Electrician. He is licensed in many of the states we have properties located and oversees the electrical crews.


Oscar Swogger

Maintenance Crew Chief

Oscar joined the company in June 2010 on our maintenance crew. He is now a crew chief and handles maintenance for our residential properties as well as area commercial properties.

Randy joined the company in June 2010 on our maintenance crew. He is now a crew chief and handles maintenance for our residential properties as well as area commercial properties.

Dave joined the company in February 2013 on our maintenance crew. He handles lawn care for our residential properties as well as area commercial properties.
